At Consignment Dealer, we provide you with Overnight delivery or ground shipping anywhere in the world with a convenient drop off at our counter. You have alternative choices such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, Priority, Express Mail, Dependable Auto Shippers (DAS), as well as other carriers. We will insure your item and track it all the way to its destination.

Packaging

Expert service, meticulous care, and quality packaging materials are all part of each store's packaging service. When we package an item for you we stand behind it if there is a problem. Our stores know how to protect fragile items and electronic equipment. During the holiday shipping season and special occasions we take the needed steps to be sure your items make it through carrier handling with strong cartons and plenty of bubble wrap, packing peanuts, or support braces if needed.

All orders over $999 qualify for free shipping within the contiguous 48 U.S and Canada.
For orders of $999 of less, the shipping is calculated for the entire order within contiguous 48 U.S. and Canada

Our Pack & Ship Guarantee

If a participating location packs your item and ships it via consignment Services® and that item is damaged or lost in transit, you'll be reimbursed:

The item's value
The full retail price you paid for packaging materials and services
Your cost for shipping (excluding Declared Value charges).

What do I need to do to have my packages protected by the Pack & Ship Guarantee?

Use our Location tab for participating centers. Participating locations should also have a decal displayed next to their front door. Or, Contact us ahead and ask any center associate if that location offers the Pack & Ship Guarantee.
